As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), we provide health care and other support as an alternative to a nursing home.
We may be a good fit for anyone who:
- Needs help with daily activities
- Has skilled needs, including nursing, physical therapy, or occupational therapy
- Could live safely in the community, with more services

All services must be provided by or authorized by the PACE Interdisciplinary Team (except emergency services). PACE participants may be held liable for costs for unauthorized or out-of-PACE program agreement services.
